Our Team

Cheryl has been in the accounting and tax preparation field for over 40 years. She started this practice nearly 20 years ago and has never looked back.

She holds degrees in Accounting, Business Management and Marketing, and is also an Enrolled Agent with the IRS and an Expert in QuickBooks. She continues her education with at least 20 hours of training and classroom activities on a yearly basis.

Cheryl is also the owner of Advantage Tax Relief, a Kansas City business focused on providing tax resolution services to U.S. taxpayers.

Mike Cash is a graduate of William Jewell College and formerly worked for the State of Missouri’s tax audit department.
Mike is an expert in Sales and Tax Use (SALT), and holds licenses in Insurance and Investing.

He is a life-long resident of Kansas City and serves as the Boy-Scouts District Commissioner for the Heart of America Council.

Mike holds a Master in Commissioning and is currently working on his Doctorate.

Michael is a graduate of Arizona State University and holds a BSAB from Park University.

He has been with Cash Tax & Accounting since 2011 and his Responsibilities include Payroll Specialist, Retirement Planning, Budget, Monthly Accounting and Tax Consulting.

Michael also holds Licenses for Life Health and Fixed Annuities.

Catherine has been with Cash Tax & Accounting since 2012 and loves what she does.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Accounting. She is currently working on becoming an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.

Her Specialties include QuickBooks Proficiency & Training.
